Check the lubricating oil level regularly: ensure that the lubricating oil is sufficient and clean to avoid insufficient oil or oil contamination.
Replace lubricating oil: regularly replace lubricating oil according to the equipment operation time and usage to prevent oil aging or excessive dirtiness from affecting the lubrication effect.
During long-term operation of deep sludge dewatering equipment, seals (such as rubber gaskets, sealing rings, etc.) may age or be damaged, resulting in leakage or reduced efficiency. Regularly check the status of seals and replace aged or damaged seals in time to ensure that the equipment is well sealed.
Sludge dewatering equipment is usually equipped with a complex electrical system, and components such as controllers, motors and cables need to be checked regularly to avoid electrical failures.
Motor inspection: regularly check the operating status of the motor to confirm that its operating temperature is normal to avoid overheating damage.
Line inspection: check whether the electrical circuit is loose, damaged or aged to avoid short circuit or electrical failure.
Control system verification: check the operation of the control system to ensure that each sensor and control module is working properly to avoid malfunction or control failure.
Common mechanical components in deep sludge dewatering equipment include screw filter presses, belt filter presses, etc. Regularly checking the operating conditions of these mechanical parts will help to detect wear, offset or failure in time.
Check rotating parts: Regularly check the wear of rotating parts such as screws, pressure plates, bearings, etc. to ensure that they run smoothly and without abnormalities.
Check the transmission system: Check the tightness of transmission parts such as gears, belts, chains, etc. to avoid transmission failures caused by looseness or aging.
The operating effect of the equipment is closely related to the nature and treatment process of the sludge. Regularly monitor the concentration, viscosity and moisture content of the sludge to ensure that the equipment can cope with different sludge characteristics.
Adjust working parameters: According to the changes in sludge, adjust the working parameters of the dewatering equipment, such as pressure, speed, temperature, etc., to optimize the dewatering effect.
Regularly check the feeding system: Ensure that the sludge enters the equipment evenly to avoid excessive equipment load or poor dewatering effect due to uneven feeding or blockage.
The drainage system of the equipment also needs to be checked regularly to ensure that the drainage is unobstructed and will not affect the normal operation of the equipment due to blockage or other reasons.
Clean the drainage pipe: Regularly clean the drainage pipe to avoid pipe blockage due to sediment accumulation.
Check the drainage pump: Check the operating status of the drainage pump regularly to ensure that it works properly and remove impurities in the pump in time.
The skills and experience of the operator play an important role in the maintenance of the equipment. Operators should be trained regularly on the use and maintenance of the equipment to ensure that they can find problems in time and take correct treatment measures.
