Working principle：

Sludge Dewatering machine consists of multiple rings， an active ring and a volute filter, which is able to complete the sludge thickening and press dewatering. Sludge dewatering principle:

The interval in the thickening part of the sludge dehydrator is 0.5mm, and the dewatering part is 0.3mm and 0.15mm, the screw pitch from the thickening part to the dewatering part turns to narrow through the rotating of the screw edge to push up the floating plates which make the space narrow while it goes to outlet. So, the sludge dewatering unit generates pressure and high pressure by a pressure plate, Discharge the sludge cakes.
