Working Principle：

The rotary drum sludge thickener's working principle is very simple; feed the sludge into the dynamic reactor through the sludge pump, and dosing pump, then it goes to the rotary drum inside the thickener, the rotary drum with compound filter cloth will rotate with speed around 10 rmp. after water penetrates the filter cloth, the flocculant sludge will be held back on. in order to keep the filter cloth clean, the cleaning nozzle will constantly clean the filter cloth, while it has a soft impact to the floccules. the sludge concentration after thickening depends on the solid content of feeding sludge, the dosing quantity of flocculation, the rotating speed and the dip angle of the drum.
